1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using Orkday, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. User Accounts

Users must register with valid details such as name, phone number, location, category and subcategory of work. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Orkday is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3. Services Provided

Orkday acts as a platform to connect House Owners, Contractors, Skilled and Unskilled Workers. Orkday does not employ workers and is not responsible for quality of work, payment disputes, or user behavior.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to post false, misleading, or illegal job listings, not to engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse, and to comply with all applicable Indian laws. Employers must ensure fair wages and safe working conditions.

5. Payments and Transactions

Any payments made through the app must follow the stated terms. Orkday is not responsible for disputes between users regarding payments unless explicitly stated.

6. Communication

The app may enable chat, calls, or notifications. Users must not misuse these features for spam, abuse, or illegal purposes.

7. Suspension and Termination

Orkday reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations and remove inappropriate or illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orkday is provided on an “as-is” basis and is not liable for job outcomes, worker performance, losses, damages, or disputes between users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology belong to Orkday. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

Orkday may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kuzhithurai, Tamil Nadu.
